PALERMO 1999-2016

Natalia lived in a house, which was built in 1887 and is situated in Palermo in capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires. Her land had 600 m2 with a big garden, where she planted orchids and the house was partly hidden by many palms and other trees. Close to the house there is a recording studio and a swimming pool.
She bought this house, known as "El bosquejo" (Sketch), in 1999 for 650 000 dollars. She had to reconstruct a big part of the house. The last reconstruction was in 2007, a new two-floor clothes room, which was built from original bathroom, a free room and balcony. She moved in the house in February 2000. Before she moved to Palermo, she lived in her apartment in Las Canitas which she later sold for 200 000 dollars.

However the first reconstruction was a building-up of a recording studio. This studio is soundproof. Natalia and her husband have got there a piano Fenter, organ Hammond, accordion, bought in flea market, drums, guitar and batá - afrocuban drum (she played on it on Tourmalina 2003).

The house is designed in Italian style with many antique staff. Natalia had got a yellow kitchen and marble bathroom. Natalia revealed some parts of her house mainly during photoshoots which were taken in the house.

Since 1998 Natalia had got a little white dog, Mabel, probably till 2005. She had got also two labradors Coco and Tantra. She got Tantra to her birthday in 2003. Also cats are part of her family.

That's her and Ricardo's soundproof recording studio, where she is preparing for concerts with her band.

The room in studio where Naty exposed plates for her albums and other awards. She filmed there many greetings, interviews and several photoshoots were held there.

Naty had got a large garden and she loves planting flowers, expecially orchids. Directly next to the house she had got a swimming pool.

In November 2014, on aviso.zonaprop.com.ar appeared an offer of Natalia's house, which was for sale, with many photographs of the house. After the photos appeared in media, Natalia immediately asked the agency to delete the advertisement and photos. Photos were supposed to be sent only to serious candidates, not to publish them online. Natalia later explained that she wanted to sell the house, because Palermo is already very busy neighbourhood and she wants more green for her son. Natalia postponed the sale of the house.

Less than two years later, in mid-August 2016, Natalia invited moving car and moved out of the house to the north of the city with her husband and son Ata. Later she explained Palermo is already too busy for her. At every corner of the street there are bars and clubs and it's very noisy place in the night.
Natalia still owns a studio, which has it's own entrance from the street.

SAN ISIDRO 2016 - present

Natalia with her family moved to a big house in San Isidro, Buenos Aires. Near of the house there is a big green garden and also a swimming pool. From the beginning Natalia didn't feel good in the new house, it tooks some time till she unpacked her things from the suitcases. Later she got used to the house and now she is rebuilding the house according to her taste.

Information about that Natalia Oreiro and her husband, Ricardo Mollo, bought a house in the countryside of Carmelo, Uruguay, was published on the website Primiciasya in November 2009, when was Natalia in Punta del Este during two hours choosing furniture for her new home in the antiquarian furniture store. The family decided to buy a house in the Uruguayan countryside to have a place to rest away from the rush of the big city.

The house, which was called "La lechuza" (Owl), was built in 1909 and was rebuilt in 2010. The house is located on the road Ruta 21 near Carmelo, Uruguay and is built on an area of 14.5 hectares. The 350 m2 house itself has a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms with a private bathroom, a dressing room.
Near the house there is a glass-covered winter garden with a barbecue and a clay oven. Irrigation tank for olives and other plantations and two wells. The house also has a 100m swimming pool with heated (solar energy) salt water. Water taps for irrigation are located throughout the whole plantation.
The land also include woodland, 200-year-old olive trees, 150-year-old palm trees, banana trees and apple trees. More than 3000 trees have been planted during last five years such as olive trees, ginko, palm trees, magnolia, chestnuts, poplars, eucalyptuses, various kinds of pine trees, apple trees, cherries, pears, peaches, figs and plums. At the end of 2011 Natalia spent few months there before giving birth to her first son. With her husband she was taking care of the garden and impatiently awaiting the arrival of their first child: "We want him to grow up in contact with nature." said Natalia in December 2011 for magazine Gente.

In December 2016 and January 2017 was the house offered for sale on the Uruguayan servers gallito.com.uy, covello internacional, argenprop.com. The house was for sale for 800,000 USD (17 million CZK).
After a year, in December 2017, information about that the house of Natalia is for sale appeared in the Argentine and Uruguayan newspapers, so the offer was deleted from the Internet on December 24th. Natalia already do not own this house.
