More than 4700 guests on 14th December participated in mega party organizated by magazine GENTE in Ocre Hall de la Rural in Buenos Aires to say goodbye year 2007. In party appeared Melanie Griffith with Antonio Banderas, who make promotion to his new fragrance Blue sediction. There was also Natalia Oreiro, Frorencia Peòa, Julio Bocca, Moría Casán and others. In the middle of night several famous dressed up to the plumes and showed in catwalk. Several personalities made a photo together on the cover of Gente.



From 13rd to 16th December were held car racing in Punta del Este, in Uruguay. There were a lot of famous people, among them belonged also native of Uruguay, Natalia Oreiro! She tried to go in car with champion Matias Rossi.

Singer Fabiana Cantilo invited colleague from music line, Natalia Oreiro, 4th December to club Roxy She wants to sing with her on stage. If Naty will participate there we will see later..

Naty should go on 8th December with her husband to Santiago, capital of Chile, because Ricardo will have there with his band a concert. Naty wants to be near her husband and salute her fans in Chile.

Argentinian photograph Gaby Herbstein's preparing new calendar for 2008. In calendar will participate Julio Bocca, Gustavo Cerati, Carolina Rautemberg.. Natalia Oreiro and 70 models from the most prestigous agencies in Argentina! Calendar of Gaby Herbstein is in Argentina already classic. 20.11.2007 - Natalia Oreiro confessed that when she was a little girl was discriminated because she was different!

The actress Natalia Oreiro revealed that was discriminated by children for being different. In interview published in magazine Caras, uruguayan actress talked about her new work, project Las Oreiro, which has with her sister Adriana. But Oreiro also recalled her past when she because of economic problems of her family wear clothes which sewed her mum and it was bringing more problems. "I went to a public school where all children wore typical uniforms. I was dressed up to an apron of princess, decorated embroideries, which sewed my mum. On the one hand I was princess but on the other hand I came home tearful, because children didn't accept those who were different. And they told me bad things."
A family tradition of making own clothes continued until Oreiro became an actress of soap operas known all over the world. "After I started work as an actress my sister made me clothes that I wore to castings. For example clothes from curtain, stripped models, corsets.. Sister helped me to sew and I always appeared in disquise," she said. Later when the actress was dedicated as a star of television, everything changed for the better. Now she revenged and opened her and sister's, professional designer, own shop with clothes in Palermo Soho.

There is new information almost on all informative websites that Natalia will probably do a duet with Luis Miguel for his new CD. He plans to release a CD full of duets with females, besides Natalia also with Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Paulina Rubio, Lucero. Beyonce or Julieta Venegas. The song which Natalia and Luis should sing is cover of song from Armando Manzanero and Carmen Paris called Por debajo de la mesa. However, this information is not confirmed yet. .

Naty will play in theatre first time in Teatrísimo (29.10.) cycle during her career of actress. IN the play "Las mariposas son libres" played Naty when she was 16. In a play will also appear the actor Antonio Gramau (Natalia's companion in soap opera Ricos y famosos) and the actress Claudia Lapacó. Tickets are unfortunately sold, but it doesn't discard that next year thes call her and she will play in other play.

20.10.2007 - Opening of an institution against the human trafficking

.. held yesterday, where participated ambassador of USA. Marita Veron (Woman in the pic) disappeared in 2002 and her mother obtained of foundation for victims of human trafficking now. The new institution was inagurated yesterday, at 11:30 in Avenida Salta and was invited the ambassador of USA, Earl Anthony Wayne.
The day before yesterday, ambassador Wayne met in Buenos Aires with an actress Natalia Oreiro, within the framework of the campaign by OIM organization.

15.10.2007 -  News about Natalia’s movies

In the end it turned that Natalia will not participate in movie El Frasco. The information is from the Zarlek production company and also from the interview with another protagonist Dario Grandinetti who said that he will be shooting movie from November with Letícia Bredice. However, there is new information about another movie which Naty should take part in called Miss Tacuarembó. Her character is also called Natalia. The movie is based on the novel from extravagant Uruguayan author Dani Umpi and the story is about door to door sales girl with perfumes who lives with her homosexual friend when her mother moves in and everything turns upside down. In the latest interview for Clarín Natalia mentioned the movie: “The movie is in co-production with Spain and is based on Dani Umpi’s novel and adapted by Martín Saster and I was offered the main character. I think I am ready!“

11.10.2007 -  Naty in the show of Susana Gimenez!

Yesterday, 10th of October, Natalia participated in the famous show of Susana Gimenez on TeLeFe. Interview was mainly about the fashion, new shop Las Oreiro and new collection for spring/summer.

Is it true it has always been your dream?
- Yes, mine and my sister’s. We as a children learned how to cut, sew and create.
Do you miss working for TV?
- No, not yet.
Do you want to have a baby?
- I would love to, but we will see how it goes. I do not plan it.

Natalia also said that working on Las Oreiro collection was time consuming, that now she has several projects for cinema and that next year she will release her forth CD. In the show there was also a fashion show with the models from the collection.



7.10.2007 - Las Oreiro is a fashion!

In spite of rain, nobody wanted be out of this inauguration of "Las Oreiro". In Honduras and Armenia, shop with feminine clothes, which was opened by Natalia Oreiro and her sister Adriana, was full of famous people, friends and relatives, who united to wish them good luck. Between trays of sushi, red wine and exquisite chocolate (which is also sold there), Leticia Bredice, Griselda Siciliani and singer Anita Alvarez de Toledo think over all design of things from sister couple.
"This is a great dream and my way how join family together." Said Natalia while she shows details of picture and photos from their childhood.
Clothes? The pretties, very feminine with sort for night and day, in shining colours.
"I fell very proud. As much Natalia as Adriana are very specials beings", told father of sisters, while Naty kissed him and went out to distribute chocolate.

1.10.2007 - Theatrical cycle Teatrísímo!

Natalia Oreiro will participate for the first time in the cycle of Teatrísimo in the Casa del Teatro. „When I have accepted the offer to participate from Santiago Doria, I even did not know which play I will be in or who will be other protagonists. Opening of the shop Las Oreiros

Coming Friday, 5th of October, Natalia and Adriana will be opening their first fashion shop in Palermo Viejo. New information is that the shop will also function as a chocolateria. „There will be possibility to buy bonbons and different chocolates, for example my favorites, or favorites of my sister Adriana with fruits,“ said Natalia for Clarín. ,,I have also contacted my friends from Club 69 who chose for me music from 50s, 60s,70s and 80s which will be played in the shop.“ The collection of clothes is limited, but if it will be successful there is a plan to open new shops and extend the collection.

24.9.2007 - Naty in the theater!

Natalia will be acting in a theater play Masculino-Singular from the authors Jean-Jacques Bricaire and Maurice Lasaygues. The director of the play is Santiago Doria and the cast is Natalia Oreiro, Arturo Bonín, Antonio Grimau, Claudia Lapacó and Sergio Surraco. The play will take part in theater cycle Teatrísimo on 29 of October at 20.30 pm in the Casa del Teatro at the Avenida Santa Fe in the Buenos Aires. The tickets cost 15 dollars. In cycle will also appear actors who Natalia cooperated with in past, like Norma Aleandro (Cleopatra), Guillermo Francella (Un Argentino en NY), Erica Rivas (El Deseo), Hugo Arana (Sos Mi Vida) or Luis Luque (El Deseo).

Premiere of Las Vidas Posibles has been postponed

Long awaited premiere of movie Las Vidas Posibles from director Sandra Gugliotta has been postponed from 20th of September to unknown date. Production Company Primerplano said: “Due to a great success of Las Vidas Posibles at Film Festivals the premiere had to be postponed so the movie can still participate in other film festivals. The reason is that once the movie has an official premiere it can no longer be part of any film festival.“

20.9.2007 - Fashion designers Oreiros!

Las Oreiros is a name for a new shop of Natalia Marisa Oreiro Iglesias and her sister Adriana Patricia Oreiro Iglesias. The name has been confirmed by patent institution and was registered 12th of July 2007. Shop can be found at the street Calle Honduras 4778 which is part of Santa Rosa. Natalia said: „This dream we had as a sisters from the childhood, Adriana studied to be fashion designer. Now I am busy with making the shop, but I planned tour to Russia, Polynesia and Israel at the end of the year.” Natalia also thinks of opening the shop in Uruguay. On 18th of September at the premiere of ?De quién es el portaligas? in Argentinean city Rosario actress Leonora Balcarce wore one of the Las Oreiros new dresses.

17.9.2007 - Natalia Oreiro is the most favourite person of Uruguay

Uruguayan newspapers Últimas Noticias published 17th of September results of public voting for the most favourite person. In voting there were a lot of famous people, for example politicians, actors, singers or sportsmen. Natalia Oreiro won because she has received 62% of positive votes, 20% of negative votes and to 18% of people she was neutral. With the final 62% Natalia became the most favourite person of Uruguay of the year 2007. Congratulations!

13.9.2007 - Naty once again for Fundaleu

First of October at 20.30 local time the traditional charity event will take place which is called Fundaleu where a lot of celebrities will be presented, among others Natalia Oreiro or Facundo Arana. At this dinner event taking place in famous Alvear Palace Hotel celebrities are the waiters or waitresses. Whole earning will go to help fight against leukemia.
Natalia was presented at this event also in past, in 1998 and later in 2006.

Yesterday, 30.08.2007, Natalia went to a celebration of 75. anniversary of very famous Argentinean hotel Alvear Palace. Naty was one of the 2000 guests. The celebration took place in whole hotel, guests got only the best drinks and delicious food from professional chefs, and they could listen to music from Philharmonic. Big surprise of the evening was Natalia Oreiro who sang “Feliz Cumpleaòos“ with other 50 employees of the hotel and handed over huge cake in shape of the hotel building to the owners of the hotel, family Sutton.

22.8.2007 - Natalia is having a holiday in Jujuy

On Friday 17th of August the birthday party for Ricardo Mollo, Natalia’s husband, took place at private hacienda Leloir in the countryside with presence of invited guests and family. On Saturday 18th of August Naty and Ricardo left for a holiday to Jujuy where they plan to relax. On Monday couple in love was seen in the local cafeteria Delicity looking at photos.
