Natalia Oreiro is going through her pregnancy with joy and alongside her love, Ricardo Mollo and her parents in Uruguay. Actress has a date for the end of January and it's probable that baby will be born in Argentina, as both parents wish. And in April starts on cable television MovieCity miniseries Lynch, which was Natalia filming in Colombia with Jorge Perugorría and it will be premiered in Argentina so it's possible that Naty will promote it. Adrian Suar would like to see Naty in his new soap opera in 2012. So let's see what Natalia plans for the next year.

Natalia Oreiro chose Greenpeace organization to show herself naked with her belly, posing for a campaing in defence of forests in Argentina. Actress made a production of photos several days ago, showing her advanced pregnancy where can be seen images of forests on her body.

"Forest is a life. Contains more than half of planet's biodiversity. In Argentina, every 2 minutes dissappear hectare of forests. We already lost 70 % of our original forests and jungles. I want my child to know forest," said actress.

It seems that the beautiful actress decided to keep herself away from public and press, because she is different as the whole world knows her. Her big weekness in pregnancy were chocolates. And because she didn't want her son would come to world with her habits, the Uruguayan chose to calm down her desires for sweets, because she feels that it's right.

Dutch photographer Susette Kok published a book with photos and stories of 75 women of Uruguay. The book is called Soy - 75 mujeres - 75 historias (I'm - 75 women - 75 stories). Natalia Oreiro is one of the women and her story is "Freedom is a topic, I am very interested in". What wants the photographer show with this book is that everyone has own story and people are more connected than we think.
For yesterday's presentation of Susette's book, she chose one walk street in Montevideo where is the book also sold. It costs 1200 pesos and the money from these books will go to Visionar foundation to fund its programs related to women.

Yesterday around 15:45 arrived Naty to home La Campaòa in Montevideo, which is a home for children with cancer by organization Puluffo Giguens. Naty was surprised from presence of so many cameras and flashes and at entrance she said: "They didn't tell me that it's with presence of press, I thought it's a private meeting between me and the children." Representatives of the house invited the press but Natalia didn't like it a lot and she said: "I came to enjoy tranquil afternoon with children and I think that so much exposure is not right."
Naty talked with newspapers El Pais, where she said that this meeting was "pending". "I was working in Colombia and I couldn't not take part of the last event of Peluffo and we had bad connection, I wanted to come and spend a while with children, because it's an opportunity to see their progress, give him strength and chat for a while," she explained. "I can motivate and accompany them and have them closely helps to their progress. It happened that I came one year and saw them without hair and the following year to see them with hair, it's great satisfaction. It's emotive." Naty joked about her pregnancy, when somebody curious asked her if she awaits twins. "I am in sixth month, but I feel like in the 12th." Director of movie Infancia Clandestina, Benjamín Ávila presented his movie, based on true story, at film festival in San Sebastian. During screening of the movie, which is not finished yet, were people excited, they were laughing a lot and also they identified themselves with the movie. But the movie can't compete for the main award, because it has Spanish co-producer, which disqualifies the movie, but it will compete for another important award. And there are many film festivals that are interested in this movie, and that's is great.

Movie Mi primera boda saw unbelievable more then 200 000 people in Argentinean cinemas. And it occupies the second position with all other screened movies. In Uruguay, the movie is on the first place with more than 3 500 viewers.

Natalia Oreiro organized a fashion show with her sister, to move away from media until her baby is born. "From now you will not see me until I become a mother. I want to take time to enjoy the rest of pregnancy. I was very exhibited last days that people have to be tired of me." Natalia with her sister Adriana presented new collection for spring-summer by Las Oreiro yesterday. The fashion show was held in salon in hotel Alvear, called Circus of Las Oreiro and it was decorated as real circus tent with presence of acrobats. This collection is inspired by retro and romantic view of circus from 30's and 40's. Presenter of the show was Fabio Posta and at the end of the parade Naty decorated her face with clown nose.

Today after 14 o'clock was Naty a guest of program "Perros de la calle" on radio Metro, in Buenos Aires. She was talking about her future motherhood and she confessed that she wants to give birth her baby in privacy. "A possibility to give birth my child in privacy was something I liked, but neither my doctor nor people from surrounding are in the same opinion." Furthermore she talked about country, where she lives: "Argentina treets me very well, they adore me. I have been living here for many years and I feel myself as a part of this country. Uruguayan has a lot of love and respect. I think there are no other countries who would be more like brothers, than Argentina and Uruguay."

About her pregnancy, she said: "I am very happy. And it's for the first time I don't want to work and I think it's healthy. It's something I have to enjoy, very mine moment. I will finish filming and I think that till May I will do nothing."

She also said that the choice of name for her baby she will leave to Ricardo, her husband. "I am so in love that I said to Ricardo to choose the name. If he does it, he will be changing diapers. On the other hand, I will try to use cloth diapers instead of the normal ones, to not pollute."

Naty talked also about her education: "I didn't finish secondary school. Unicef doesn't let me to tell it. I am not a good example for children. I started with theatre at 8 and in 16 I went to Argentina to work. I was poor and I had to work," confessed Oreiro.

Yesterday after 20 o'clock was Natalia officially appointed an ambassador of organization UNICEF for both shores of river La Plata.

This event was held in Communications Tower in Montevideo with presence of the actress, her family and friends and the heads of Unicef for children in Uruguay and Argentina.
This is the first time when the organization appoints an ambassador for two countries, a fact highlighted by Oreiro hefself and she said she is very pleased, that there are no two other countries that would be more like "brothers".

"We asked her some time ago to collaborate with a title of ambassador, and she asked us for time to think about it. We are very pleased that she finally said 'yes'," said Crotti, representative of Unicef in Uruguay.



Natalia joined to a list of national ambassadors of both countries, after years of helping to Unicef, as a football player Diego Forlán in Uruguay and basketball player Manu Ginobili in Argentina.

Naty gave a live interview for Telefe Noticias. She said that this is a huge honour for her and also big responsibility and she is very pleased, because this is for the first time when someone is appointed 'ambassador" of two countries. Naty, as a new ambassador of Unicef, will inform about first free months of childhood and she is very interested in education, so she will inform about that too.

Furthermore she says that her task will be to inform, to collaborate, to accompany and also to entertain and collect money. Famous personalities have joined to solidarity campaign "48 hours for Candela". Candela is eleven years old girl, who has dissapeared 10 days ago and the entire Argentina is looking for her. This topic is very discussed in all TV shows and everyone hopes Candila will be found. Natalia said about this topic: "That with Candela is terrible, thanks to Juan Carr people help, but already many days passed."
And now were all hopes extinguished, because the body of Candela was found, she was murdered.

On Monday is held avant-premiere with decorations and wedding cake at Cinemark Palermo, obviously, all protagonists (women), among them also Soledad Silveyra, will shine in dress by Oreiro. Later will Naty go to Cordoba (premiere of MPB, 1.9.) and she has to go back to Colombia to finish some scenes. And after her return she will prepare everything for fashion show of Las Oreiro and its collection spring-summer, which will be held on 15th September.

Today after 15 o'clock in hotel Four Seasons in Buenos Aires was held a press conference of Mi primera boda movie. Natalia took part there with cast and a director.
"It was very expected pregnancy for family, all are very happy," said Natalia during press conference. Actress told she hasn't got cravings, even if she loves chocolate. But she has sickness and is sleepy. "The baby will be a rocker with long hair," she said.

She is in 4th month of pregnancy and she said that they are very happy, also all family and friends. Now she is about to promote her new movie Mi primera boda and since October she will take a rest. On 31st July after 14 o'clock the hosts of charity event Domingo Amigo spoke with Natalia on phone. Naty could be on Skype, but she had some problems with connection on the beach so she was at least on the phone. She confessed she couldn't come this time, because she is working the whole days on the miniseries in Colombia. And she calls on people to donate money for children with cancer, what is the aim of organization Peluffo Giguens, which organizes this event.



The second call with Naty where she said that even if there are thousands of kilometers of distance, her heart is always with Peluffo Giguens. Moderators congratulated Natalia to her pregnancy and Naty confirmed she is going home in two weeks.

"Fair of artists" contains clothes, donated by celebrities for charity, which started yesterday in "La Casa del Teatro" in Buenos Aires and will end on 20th August. There were already donated many clothes by Mirtha Legrand or Natalia Oreiro and her "Las Oreiro". Exclusive: Natalia from Columbia for Uruguay!!!

Yesterday the Uruguayan charity event "Todos por los niòos Uruguayos" was held and Natalia couldn't be there in person, but she was presented at least via the Internet from Bogota, where she films miniseries!

Naty said she is watching the programme from Bogota, Columbia, where she films miniseries by television company Fox for MovieCity and she stays there until August and she is very satisfied and grateful to the crew of people who gave her an opportunity to work there. Further she thanked for the 10th realization of this event and she repeated the numbers for donations for Uruguayan children.


Naty was in a studio, because they were just filming and later she was going to a hotel where she is all alone. She confessed that this technology (Skype) that allow her to be present, is brand new for her.


In the programme there was presented a spot with Naty, where she talked about taking care of babies about food and music for children etc.


The event ended almost 2 hours later then was previously planned and there was collected amazing amount - 9 214 209 Pesos.

Natalia Oreiro has always been interested in ecology. In 2008 she was a host of programme Recurso Natural for Canal 7 and the last years she was a godmother of Green Film Fest, an international film festival with movies about environment in Buenos Aires and another cities of Latin America. This year is organized the 1st national competition of short movies with theme of environment and Natalia Oreiro will be one of the jurors who select the winner.
"The idea is to join culture with environment", she explains. "In Argentina there aren't many movies with environmental topics, even if the international level is growing. People are more aware. When I started working, people didn't know what climate changes are. Now it's something very common."
The competition will be held during the second edition of Green film fest, that takes place since 25th till 31st August in Cinemark Palermo.

The project is ambicious and international. That's why is Natalia Oreiro excited of the idea to move for a while to Colombia to work in television there. The channel FoxTelecolumbia prepares new production called "El cartel del ataúd", an original story by talented young Columbian journalist Juliana Barrella and Natalia will be her protagonist.
The miniseries is about organ trafficking with action and suspense.

In these days should be Natalia resting in Carmelo and recharging bateries before her departure to Columbia. Naty said that she is very excited with this project, which should be broadcated in the whole Latin America.

Yesterday were handed over an Uruguayan awards IRIS 2011, where was Natalia nominated for the movie Miss Tacuarembó. She won in the category the best actress and we congratulate her a lot!!!

During arrival to the awards Natalia gave a short interview, dressed in Las Oreiro black dress confessed she never prepares the winner speech.


At half past ten she handed over an award for "The best programme in general interest", and she was joking she misses Mike Amigorena there.


After 11 p.m. she got her award, she was full of emotions, talked a lot and she was really amazing. At the end she added "I love Uruguay!" She was accompanied by her husband Ricardo, sister Adriana and friend Rosita.

The awards ended after haf past one, after "Martin Fierro de oro" award, which won Natalia's favourite series "Para vestir santos".

Day 4 – Wednesday (11.5.2011)

At the premiere of the movie Naty invited us for a private meeting at her hotel Room Mate Oscár, which was right in the city center, close to the main street Gran Vía. At twelve o’clock I met with Roberto from Poland, Victoria from Russia and Alexandra and Mirela from Romania in modern lobby of the hotel. A bit after twelve o‘clock came Naty, she hugged us all and sat with us so for almost an hour we could talk, laugh, take photos...



Naty told us that she is very happy with critics of movie Miss Tacuermbó in Spain, but despite that, the movie will not be projected in the most lucrative cinemas because it is a small production movie. She also told us that there is a plan to film a movie with big American production, which is called The Blue Mauritius where Naty will portray professional thief. Naty said that she has changed her tattoo because the previous one was too aggressive and adolescent and now she has flowers instead that she likes far more. Sometimes she covers the tattoo when she feels like it does not match her dress. She said that the dress she wore on the premiere is by Las Oreiro, but there is only one copy and Naty designed it for the premiere of Miss Tacuarembó in Argentina, but because she could not come due to the protests she never used the dress till today. Also because of the Spanish premiere Naty could not come to birthday party of Valeria Lorca, her best friend, but she said that they are always in touch.

Just before we said goodbye we sang Feliz Cumpleaòos to Naty. She laughed, kissed us all and said, that now she is also 24 like us! :-)

We met with Naty for the very last time for several second at the airport. Naty hugged us but she was very busy and needed to go to the check in zone. Naty left with plane of Aerolineas Argentinas at 22.05 back to Buenos Aires. She was as natural and fresh as when she arrived, dressed in black dress and green jacket…Natalia OREIRO – star of telenovelas, movies and pop scene is as human as we all are! Thank you Naty that my dream could come true!

Day 3 – Tuesday (10.5.2011)

The pre-premiere was planned for 21.30 but already after 8pm a lot of photographers and media were getting ready for the official release of movie Miss Tacuarembó in Spain. I met with other fans of Naty and together we waited inside of the cinema where the photocall and interviews were to happen.



It was exactly 10pm when Martín Sastre, Rossy de Palma, Alejandrou Tous and Natalia Oreiro appeared at the door and walking on the red carpet they got in front of movie posters for the photocall. At first they took pictures all together and later each alone and after that also in groups...Naty and Rossy, Naty and Martín...

What followed was series of interviews directly from the red carpet. Naty had three interviews for various media before she joined the rest of the cast to present personally the movie. Each of the cast introduced the movie before the projection could start. To see MT and enjoy it with people on the big screen was another experience not to forget!

After the projection fans of the movie could take pictures and get autographs of protagonist in the hall of the cinema. After this many of the people went for the official after-party where music from soundtrack Miss Tacuarembó was played. Natalia danced and talked to all the people around...simply ESTRELLA de la noche!

Day 2 – Monday (9.5.2011)

Pøedpremiéra filmu byla oficiálnì naplánovaná na 21.30, ale fotografové a média se zaèala sjíždìt již po osmé hodinì a vše se chystalo na oèekávanou premiéru filmu ve Španìlsku. Setkal jsem se s ostatními fans Naty a spoleènì jsme èekali uvnitø kina, kde se mìl odehrát photocall a rozhovory pro média.



At first I asked her for autograph for the fan club and also I showed her a photo of her from press conference in Prague in 2000. Naty remembered the photo and said that Prague is wonderful city that she would like to come back to. We talked about her latest movies; Infancia Clandestina is drama while Mi Primera Boda is very funny comedy. Naty said that she wants to be in more drama movies now. She said that she admires Kate Winslet and Cate Blanchet and their work. Also she added that this year she will film Wakolda, and according to her it will be in September, and also movie thriller Mala. I asked her about the movie Freedom for Joe and Naty said that she does not have any confirmed dates yet but that she is very enthusiastic about the movie and that she will sign bolero song there. On this account I asked her if she will release new CD and she said that yes. Just not yet, now she wants to make movies. She said that she would have new CD with her personal songs; she does not want the CD to be connected to her movies or telenovelas.



Everything was ready to start the media round. Natalia did first interview after which she met with Alejandro Tous and together they gave an interview for program MD from TV station Madrid Directo. Natalia had another interview, this time for Tele Madrid and it was in a cinema hall. Her next interview was for TVE. In all interviews Naty talked about the movie, her two characters and also about faith, which is essential part of the story.



After her last interview Naty went outside to attend a photocall with the rest of present protagonists. At first Naty, Martín, Alejandro and Rossy de Palma took photos together and later one by one. Naty was also asked to have special photoshoot by a blue wall.



What followed was press conference, which started at 12 and was attended by protagonists. During next half hour reporters and journalists from Madrid were asking questions about filming and the movie. After the conference Naty went outside to take more photos for another magazine. This was followed by radio interview, which finished around 1pm. After Naty agreed on several details for the upcoming premiere tomorrow she left by taxi with Martín. But before she left she hugged me one more time and said that we will see each other tomorrow! DIVINA TOTAL!

Day 1 – Sunday (8.5.2011)

Full of expectations we arrived with my friend at Madrid’s huge airport Barajas, it was a bit after 1pm and direct flight from Buenos Aires of Aerolineas Argentinas was not to lend till 13.40. I did not know if this exact flight was the one where Natalia Oreiro was supposed to be, my only indication was message of Martín Sastre on his Twitter saying that he is about to meet with his friend Naty. After a while of waiting around, I saw Martín checking the arrival board. I decide to talk to him…in Spanish. Martín was really nice and welcoming, he gave me his autograph and took photo with me, but most importantly he confirmed that Naty is about to arrive with the 13.40 flight.

The flight from Buenos Aires landed exactly at 13.42 and after very long 50 minutes of waiting I saw for the first time in my life the Wild Angel herself. Natalia was beautiful and fresh looking, wearing black glasses and black dress, while she greeted with Martín. Soon after that she came to my friend and me, said hi and hugged us immediately. She was magical…

Naty: “You are so tall,” she laughed.
Matt: “Yes, but when I saw you for the first time at your concert in Prague, I was much smaller.” Naty laughed and responded: “Sí, en Lucerna!”
Naty: “Do you live in Madrid?”
Matt: “No, no, I live in Prague, I came here for the premiere and also to meet with you!” Naty looked at me like she could not believe what I am saying, and smiled: “Have you seen the movie already?”
Matt: “Yes, it is fantastic movie, I loved it!”
Naty: “So you saw it online?” She smiled.
Matt: “No, haha, I bought DVD on eBay.” Naty laughed with me. “You were amazing like Cándida, I could not believe it.” And Naty made face exactly like Cándida in the movie and we both laughed. I asked Naty for autograph and photo.
Naty: “See you tomorrow at the conference!” And she was leaving with Martín in close very friendly hug followed by her suitcases.

I could not believe it…my dream came true and it was much better than I have ever expected! Naty was so nice, welcoming, beautiful and charming!

Furthermore she denied rumors about being the lead protagonist in new project of Gonzalo Heredia on Canal 13 "El hombre lobo". "No, Adrián Suar didn't suggest me that. They had to offer it to another actress. I don't know when I come back to the television. The TV requests time that I don't have," said Natalia.

Lee Burns announced today that the "Freedom for Joe" is coming to American cinemas this December and filmings is going to start in August. That means that Naty is probably going to film another movie soon.

Tomorrow, at 19:30 is held a presentation of the movie "Mi primera boda" in Manero restaurant, in Buenos Aires. Natalia will be present!

After the end of filming of "Infancia clandestina" by Bejamín Ávila on Wednesday, will Natalia film her second movie this year. Filming starts on Monday 14th March, directed by Ariel Winograd, where will Natalia portray Leonora in comedy "Mi primera boda" (My first wedding). With Natalia will play in leading role Daniel Hendler, who will complicate things during the wedding ceremony and risk the future of the couple.

The movie will be filmed in city Canuelas in province of Buenos Aires and counts with participation of Imanol Arias, Martín Piroyansky, Muriel Santa Ana, Gabriela Acher, Gino Renni and special participation of Soledad Silveyra, Pepe Soriano, Daniel Rabinovich and Marcos Mundstock as a rabbi and a priest.

Natalia and Daniel Hendler has met a music composer Adrián Iaies to rehearse the final song of the movie Mi primera boda! The meeting was held on Friday, in Natalia's house.

They had worked together in the movie Musica en espera, where participated also Norma Aleandro, and now the director Lucía Puenzo, calls them together again for a movie that will be filmed this year on north Argentina and is called "Wakolda". Natalia Oreiro and Diego Peretti will play in this movie, with story about the terrible Dr. Mengele on concentration camps, who lived 7 months in Patagonia, fleeding the Israeli intelligence services. Apparently Natalia wants to face significal actor's challenges in movies with strong social content.

Yesterday in the afternoon was in palace Duhau, in Buenos Aires, presented a new face of a brand L'Oreal París: "Code of youth", which became Natalia Oreiro. She is known by 9 Argentinean women from 10 and has 86 % of possitive image.

Natalia has became a new face of collection of cremes with Pro Gen technology, designed for women around 30 to recover of skin and natural youth. Naty will appear in advertising campaigns in half of March and at the beginning of April.

Yesterday was held a press conference and a presentation of the movie "Infancia clandestina" in restaurant Las Canitas in Las Canitas neighborhood. There was Natalia Oreiro, Ernesto Alterio, Cesár Troncoso and a director of the movie Benjamín Ávila. Today starts a filming of the movie.

"A title of the movie is not definitive yet, because there is also "Peanuts with chocolate", which I like more," said Natalia. "I didn't forget television, I have always worked there and I like it, but these offers have been here, so let's see what happen next year," she said.



A video where Naty talks about two possible titles of the movie, she confirms that filming of the movie started today, at 5 in the morning and she said she is very satisfied with the movie which was rehearsed since last November. Furthermore Naty talks about her role of Charo and about a possibility to play different roles, that gaves her a cinema... She mentioned that she liked a series "Para vestir santos", which was broadcasted last year on Argentinean television and that she likes fictions. At the end of the video she admited that she would like to be a real mother and let's see when it is.

The movie is held in 1979 and tells a story of Juan, 12 years old boy and his family, who live secretly. "From the story I like the view of love in the family, who has to live clandestinely, in presence of fear, but where is not missing love, dreams and joy." Said Natalia for Clarín. And continued: "I am also interested in commitment of such difficult character with contradictions, and where a fair in a better world is what holds up them together as a family."

And what else she has in her agenda? In March a filming of movie Mi primera boda starts, on 6th May there will be a premiere of Miss Tacuarembó in Spain (previously will compete at film festival in Malaga). And in half of a year she will play in Wakolda, a new movie by Lucía Puenzo and in September a movie Mala by Adrián Caetano.

On Monday is held a press conference to Infancia Clandestina movie, where should be present also Natalia.

Yesterday a fan from a fanclub Nasha Natasha has met Natalia in front of her house. Naty said her, that she is preparing herself for two movies, "Infancia Clandestina" after filming of this movie, she will have ten days off and then, in March she will start filming "Mi primera boda".

Natalia will sing in both movies. For the first one, she will sing a song for movie's soundtrack and in the second movie, she will sing with Daniel Hendler. Naty also said that "Miss Tacuarembó" will be presented at film festival in Malaga, Spain, which is held since March 26th till April 2nd 2011, so that's why a premiere of the movie will be on 6th May in Spain. Because of Natalia's busy agenda - two movies, she will not take part at the festival, but she won't miss the Spain's premiere.

On 19th December 2010 took part in Carmelo, Uruguay, a fashion show of spring/summer 2010/2011 collection of Las Oreiro. The charity catwalk was held for the benefit of hospital Artigas in Carmelo. More than 700 guests paid 200 pesos for entrance to the show. 20 girls were presenting clothes and shoes, designed by the actress. Among them was also a new Miss of Uruguay.

"Ladies of the hospital in Carmelo asked me to colaborate and I thought to organize a fashion show to get more money and fortunately everything went well." explained Natalia, accompanied by her sister Andriana, who confessed that will spend holiday with her family in Carmelo. All earnings went to the improvement of the hospital in Carmelo.
