Solamente Vos (Only You) is Argentinean romantic comedy telenovela that is filmed and broadcasted by TV station Canal 13 in collaboration with production company Pol-ka. Filming of the telenovela started on Monday December 3rd 2012 and was ended after more than one year; on December 20th 2013. Creators of telenovela are Mario Segade and Lily Ann Martin. Title telenovela’s song is of the same name as the telenovela and is written by musician Coti Sorokin.
Uruguayan actress Natalia Oreiro is in leading female role and her partner is Adrián Suar. In supporting roles there are Argentinean actors such as Muriel Santa Ana, China Suaréz, Claudia Fontán or Láli Esposito.
Telenovela’s premiere took place on Monday December 21st 2013 in prime time of 21:30 on TV station Canal 13. The first episode was a huge success (it received 21.2 points of rating) and was the most watched program on national TVs. During year of 2013 the telenovela became the most watched and successful daily TV program of Argentina. The filming was originally supposed to be concluded in September 2013, however, due to the success was prolonged to December 20th 2013. The last episode (223) was broadcasted on January 20th 2014.
The telenovela triumphed at the awards ceremony of Argentinean Premios Tato 2013 held in December 2013; Natalia Oreiro won an award Mejor Actriz de Telecomedia, Adrián Suar won an award Mejor Actor de Telecomedia, actors Muriel Santa Ana and Juan Minujin won awards in the same category for their supporting roles, and moreover, the telenovela won the best daily TV program of the year award Mejor Ficción Diaria Comedia.

1. Telenovela information

1.1 Plot
Juan Cousteau (Adrián Suar) lives common calm life, he is married, has five children and he works as orchestra director. His life changes in a moment when his wife Ingrid (Muriel Santa Ana) tells him that she needs some time apart to focus on herself only. In the same moment Juan loses his job. Luckily his friend from childhood Félix (Juan Minujín) offers him a place to stay and also a position in music record company where he is a director.
Juan meets with Aurora (Natalia Oreiro), who is his new neighbor. Their mutual attraction is immediate. Aurora is a hairdresser and has her hairdressing salon in ground floor of the house they both live in now. Soon enough Juan finds out that Aurora is lover of Félix. Aurora would like to be more in his life, but Félix is married to Michelle (Claudia Fontán) and does not intent to get divorce because his wife is actually the owner of the music company.
Not only Juan must now decide between loyalty to his friend and love to Aurora, he also needs to face divorce with his wife and taking care of his five children. Aurora also doesn’t have it easy because she stands in between her divorced and arguing parents Rosita (Ana María Picchio) and Orlando (Alberto Martín).
This is the beginning of a love story and complicated lives that are changing constantly. It is a comedy that will surprise, make laugh and cry.

1.3 Main characters
Aurora – hairdresser and lover of Félix for six months. She lives in apartment that he got her, but dreams about being a mother. She is very temperamental.

Juan – orchestra director, whose wife just left him and kicked out of apartment. He wants to be a good father to his five children, but struggles with money…
Félix – one of the best friends of Juan, he is a director of record company that is owned by his wife Michelle. He is intelligent, but promiscuous. Ingrid – for twenty years she was married to Juan, she used to be an actress but left her career to be with children. Now she has existential crises.
Michelle – wife of Félix, who is used to wealth and rich life. She enjoys her life fully and so far she does not want to deal with her unfaithful husband. Lautaro – father of Juan, who shocks the whole family from one day to another with statement that in fact he is gay. This news will cause many funny situations.

2. Production

2.1 Pre-production
Already after successful telenovela Sos Mi Vida was concluded in 2006 there were constant rumors about return of telenovela star Natalia Oreiro on TV screens. In 2008 Oreiro could be seen on screens of TV station América TV due to her participation in cybernovela Amanda O, but classical telenovela concept and length were missing here. In year 2011 more concrete talks about new telenovela of Oreiro with actor and producer Adrián Suar emerged. However, in July 2011 it was announced that Oreiro is pregnant thus telenovela filming was rescheduled for unspecified date in future.
On April 17th 2012 various Argentinean media confirmed that actors Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar are in talks to star in new program for TV station Canal 13. Moreover, it was announced that the telenovela should be filmed from December 2012 with premiere date set for January 2013. This marks return of Oreiro on TV screens after six years of absence.
Server LaUbfal.com announced on April 24th 2012 further details regarding the telenovela. Working title of the telenovela is ‘Un Grande Pa‘ and apart from already known actors Oreiro and Suar there should also star Mike Amigorena and Florencia Pena. Writer Mario Segade is developing the script and story. In the telenovela Suar should portray a father to four children and he should be neighbor of Oreiro’s character.
Adrián Suar talked in an interview for newspaper Clarín on May 4th 2012 also about the telenovela with Oreiro: “I talked to Naty and it is a deal. But we still need to meet up to talk about details. So far we don’t know about when the filming would start. It is already for a long time that I wanted to do telenovela with her. I was not in any telenovela for six years now and this one will be my last. I think this will be nice telenovela departure for me.”
On July 2nd 2012 it was announced that the telenovela should be called ‘Solamente Vos ‘ and is written by authors Mario Segade and Lily Ann Martin. In the telenovela there should be apart form Oreiro, Suar and Amigorena also actors Muriel Santa Ana, Claudia Fontán, Lali Esposito, Ana María Picchio and China Suaréz. The premiere should be in January 2013.
During a press conference of her movie Wakolda actress Natalia Oreiro talked briefly also about the telenovela: “I am very happy, it will be a lovely couple, we have huge expectations from this project but above all we just want to have fun with it. So far everything goes very nicely.“ Furthermore, it was announced that Oreiro would probably be able to start to film the telenovela only in January 2013 due to her other work engagements.
On August 27th 2012 it was announced that actors Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar are about to meet up together very soon to go over the script for first two episodes of the telenovela. In the story, Oreiro should portray owner of a record company and her partner should be Mike Amigorena. Juana Viale, who should be Oreiro’s archenemy, should portray another character. Further details of pre-production were also being discussed.
During September 2012 Argentinean media was bringing new fundamental information concerning telenovela’s cast. The biggest cast change is that instead of Mike Amigorena there will be Juan Minujín in his role. China Suarez, Lali Esposito as well as Angela Torres and Joaquín Flamini would portray children of Adrián Suar’s character. For the role of his fifth child (girl of six years) there is a casting. Actor Arturo Puig is in role of Suar’s father and Ana María Picchio is in role of Oreiro’s mother. Another confirmed actors are Peto Menahem, Jorgelina Aruzzi, Alberto Martín, Marcelo De Bellis, Fabiana García Lago and Coraje Abalos. The telenovela is being prepared under production of Adrián Gonzáles and script to first ten episodes was already concluded. The filming is set to start on December 3rd 2012.
Actress Natalia Oreiro talked on September 30th 2012 in an interview for Radio 10 also about the telenovela: “It will be daily romantic comedy. It is seven years that I was not on TV and this story is very tender, for whole family and yet very adult. The interesting element is that everything that happens to our characters is real. Suar is divorced father of five children and I portray a lover of his best friend.”She said about the cast: “We have amazing cast, Adrián told me that this is his last telenovela project, so that is why he wants the best.”
In November 2012 it was announced that already on November 28th 2012 promotional photos for the telenovela would be taken under direction of photographer Gabriel Machado. Start of filming was confirmed for December 3rd 2012. Telenovela’s title song is called Solamente Vos, and is composed and sung by Coti Sorokin. Moreover, on November 15th 2012 costume rehearsal with Natalia Oreiro took place.

2.2 Filming
On Wednesday November 28th 2012 photographer Gabriel Machado took promotional photos with leading telenovela’s actors. Actress Natalia Oreiro showed her new look for the first time during the photoshoot. “My character has specific look, she likes pink color, retro clothes, vintage, and so she always searches for unique things to wear. She works with her hands because she is a hairdresser. To certain extent she is inspired by my mother who was a hairdresser.”
First filming day of telenovela Solamente Vos was on Monday December 3rd 2012. Natalia Oreiro filmed that day scenes with Juan Minujín, who is her lover, in exteriors of Buenos Aires in neighborhood Villa Devoto. Due to her recent motherhood, Oreiro can film only four days a week. The same day Adrián Suar filmed scenes together with his telenovela children in neighborhood Villa Pueyrredón. After second filming day Oreiro said: “The day before filming started I was very nervous, but filming a telenovela is like riding a bike, you can not forget it.”
During third filming day, on Wednesday December 5th 2012, scene of first encounter between characters of Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar was filmed. The scene was filmed in hospital Instituto Fleni de Escobar, where Juan comes due to his nervous breakdown and where he meets Aurora, who comes to visit her mother, in the rain. The scene was filmed by director Rodolfo Antúnez in a way to make it romantic and touching. “It is a romantic comedy, but not a sitcom,” said Suar and Oreiro added: “For five years we were talking with Adrián about this project, we put our hearts into it. This didn’t happen to me for a long time. But prior to filming I was very nervous, I was questioning if I can still do this. But I like to challenge myself and I am giving this project all I can!” The filming of the scene was concluded only at one in the morning.

On December 6th 2012 it was announced that actress Eugenia Suarez, who portrays daughter of Adrián Suar, is pregnant. Her pregnancy, however, will be incorporated into the telenovela. Furthermore, it was announced that Mariel Santa Ana already started filming of her scenes in hospital Escobar. Writer Mario Segade left the project and was replaced by Marta Betoldi.
On Tuesday December 11th 2012, actors Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar were filming new Christmas TV spot for Canal 13 in studios of Ideas del Sur. Oreiro said during filming: “I am quite nervous because I don’t know if what we do is right, but we are giving this project our full hearts!”
On Thursday December 20th 2012 actress Natalia Oreiro was filming telenovela’s Solamente Vos scenes dressed up like clown. In the scene there are also featured telenovela children of Adrián Suar.
On Friday December 21st 2012, filming of the telenovela was interrupted for few days so the actors could enjoy Christmas and holiday time. Leading star Natalia Oreiro went with her family to their house in Carmel, Uruguay. The filming thus continued from Wednesday January 2nd 2013.
On January 30th 2013 it was announced that in guest roles there will be actors Rafael Ferro as a lawyer of Ingrid, Victoria Onetto as stepsister of Aurora, Zuma Faiad as mother of Onetto’s character and Dorys del Valle as Orlando’s secretary. In musical guest appearances there are confirmed Coti Sorokin, David Bisbal, Abel Pintos and La Princesita Karina.
On January 31st 2013 journalist Marcelo Molino filmed his special participation for the telenovela: “My character is a yellow press journalist who is making very heated interview about sexuality and relationships with character portrayed by China Suarez,“ he said during filming.
From February till September 2013 the filming continued in studios of Pol-ka as well as in many exteriors and there were many guest actors asked to participate, but also many musicians were asked to appear in several musical scenes where characters of the telenovela are expressing their feelings through the song. In the telenovela there are musicians such as Miranda, Valeria Lynch, Agapornis, Kevin Johansen or Sandra Mihanovich.

Filming of telenovela (June 2013, September 2013); Filming of the last scene (19-12-2013)

According to the original schedule, filming of the telenovela Solamente Vos was supposed to be concluded in September 2013, however, because the telenovela was very successful and it became the most watched TV program of the year, filming was extended until December 20th 2013.
From December 9th till 14th 2013 actress and singer Natalia Oreiro was on her long planned musical tour in Russia and Poland, and that was why she was unable to film further scenes for the telenovela in that period. Her absence was explained that her character Aurora leaves for Paris for international competition of hairdressers. Oreiro returned to filming her scenes on Monday December 16th 2013 and she filmed a scene in which Aurora returns from Paris. The filming of telenovela Solamente Vos continued till Friday December 20th 2013 and was successfully concluded after filming a scene in which Aurora gives birth to twin boys. Oreiro said during the last filming day: “It was an incredible year, we were all very motivated to make this story and that is thanks to you, our audience. We laughed, cried, made emotional scenes...this all will remain in my heart forever. Thank you.”


3 Release

3.1. Argentina
The very first promotional photo was published on December 3rd 2012. The first TV promo of Solamente Vos was screened just one day later on TV station Canal 13. New promo video, where scenes from the telenovela can be seen, was released on Wednesday December 12th 2012. Apart from the leading characters viewers can also see supporting ones.

During January 2013, just before the premiere of telenovela on TV station Canal 13, there were many promotional videos and posters being released. The premiere was planned for January 21st 2013 at 21:30 and the very first telenovela’s press conference took place on Wednesday January 16th 2013 in Buenos Aires’ hotel Four Seasons. Leading telenovela stars Natalia Oreiro, Adrián Suar, Juan Minujín, Muriel Santa Ana and many others were present at the conference. “I have a lot of expectations. I am very impatient; I want Monday to arrive now! My expectations are so high because I was not on TV for such a long time and also because I work with Adrián now. I try my best to be relaxed about it, to enjoy it, but I am not relaxed fully. I will relax only after some time. For a long time I didn’t do any daily project and at first it was rather challenging.” She said about telenovela’s concept: “It is a very nice story, I would love to see story like that on my TV. In each episode there are certain things that happen and it has its beginning and end.” Suar also talked about filming: “I am giving this project my best as a producer and actor. I am thrilled to work with Natalia because she is just amazing and there are not many others like her. She is professional, talented, nice and charismatic!” He said about premiere delay: “First episodes we want to have of high quality, so filming is prolonging a bit. At the moment we have completed ten episodes and we plan to make 160 in a year. And we didn’t want to premiere first episode without knowing we could catch up with filming.” Oreiro also gave an interview for Reporter Buenos Aires at the conference where she said about filming: “I was surprised with how many scenes I have in the telenovela, but I already have my own routine to handle it; I get back home and I am with my family and only when they all go to sleep I start to read and study the script. I also get up very early, I sleep three hours only but it is worth it.” She said about her character and also about singing: “There is a lot of music in the telenovela. My character dreams a lot about singing and character of Adrián works for recording company so it is also possible that there might develop some relationship in connections to music. I am an actress who sings and I am always very happy if I can sing in my acting projects.” She also said about her new image: “It is true that my image resembles the one of Tu Veneno from year 2000, I tried to get 12 years younger,” she laughs: “Also in my telenovelas I always try to have distinct image for my characters, who have strong image and style. And I think with Aurora I have succeeded.”
On Sunday January 20th 2013 leading telenovela’s couple Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar were featured in many Argentinean newspapers to present their characters and premiere of the telenovela. They also took exclusive photos for Clarín and La Nación for which they also gave interviews. “The main idea was to film funny comedy that would brighten Argentinean TV screens,” said Oreiro for Clarín: “I must say that from the seed, which was the idea to film this telenovela, there is a tree already. We started to talk about this project as soon as I finished my last telenovela in 2006. But for many reasons the filming was prolonged, either we didn’t have specific idea for story or time to film. Moreover, I didn’t want to do any other daily project without Adrián.” Suar said about their characters: “It doesn’t really matter that we are not in our twenties anymore, because at our age we can show certain maturity and also other world full of children, parents, in-laws…this all is new experience for our characters.” In an interview for La Nación Suar talked about being an actor and producer at the same time: “I must separate both these things, I have experience with acting, but I also need my concentration so my performance would be good. However, in between the scenes I am back to producer’s role,” he laughs: “With Natalia we are both a little worried because we want this project to be successful and because we care about it very much, we fear people might not like it.” Oreiro added: “As soon as my character was getting more specific shape, I wanted to get inspired by my mother who was a hairdresser. Prior to the filming I was also going to one hairdresser studio to see professionals at work.” She finished talking about telenovela’s genre: “I wanted to make a comedy, drama I can do in my movies, but if I should work on this project for a year I don’t want to be coming back home with tears in my eyes,” she laughs.

Natalia Oreiro was at 2pm part of live interview from Pol-ka studios for TV program Noticiero: “I liked the idea that leading character is a lover of someone else. It is not very common in telenovelas but it is common in everyday lives. But Aurora wants to find her own place to call home, she wants to have children and be happy.” The same day other telenovela actors were part of TV show Dale la Tarde. At 8:45pm Oreiro, Adrián Suar and his telenovela’s children were part of TV program Telenoche to introduce their telenovela to public: “It is very tender story, both our characters are alone in their lives and their encounter is a start of something new.”
The very first episode of Solamente Vos was broadcasted at 21:30 on TV station Canal 13 and was very successful. The rating of the episode was 21.2 points (more than 2 million viewers) and the telenovela was the most watched program of the day in Argentina. The whole first week of broadcast (from Monday to Thursday) the telenovela was always the most watched program of the day. Argentinean critics wrote:

On Tuesday January 22nd 2013 new interview with Natalia Oreiro was published in magazine Haciendo Cine, where apart from talking about her movies she also mentioned her new telenovela Solamente Vos: “Aurora is a lover of someone and that makes her very vulnerable and also distinct from any other characters that I have portrayed. She tries really hard to deal with it but is rather emotional. To me she seems like a lost puppy that needs someone to find it.”

Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar were featured on February 5th 2013 on the cover of magazine Gente, where in an interview they talked about their new telenovela. “Natalia is an amazing hardworking person, she is always ready, far more than me,” laughs Suar: “Moreover, she is always in positive mood and she gives this energy to the whole team as well.” Oreiro said why their characters are different to other telenovela characters: “We have chemistry and a magic. There are many sexy couples, seductive and romantic, but we have apart from that also some kind of tenderness and humility.” Together the actors were also featured on the cover of February’s edition of magazine Miradas, where the telenovela was being introduced.
In April 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro is on the cover of magazine Cosmopolitan, where in the interview she said about the telenovela: “I like that my character is not a comedic one, she is a mature woman. Before we started to film Adrián was asking me how I would see my character and it was truly my wish to portray a strong woman who wants to fulfill her dreams.” On April 29th 2014 there was a new promotional video published by TV channel Canal 13 featuring all leading stars of the telenovela Solamente Vos.
Leading stars of telenovela Solamente Vos are featured on the cover of magazine Caras in May 2013. Apart from Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suara there are actresses Muriel Santa Ana, Claudia Fontán, Lali Esposito, Marina Bellati, Angela Torres and Lola Poggio. Fontán said: “From the very first day of filming we are a good team, we are happy that we can make this TV program because apart from work it is also a lot of fun. We enjoy every day and I think it can be seen in the result.”

Oreiro as a face of Canal 13 for year 2013 (April 2013); Celebration of success of telenovela (23-5-2013)

On May 23rd 2013 celebration of the success of Solamente Vos was taking place where all actors and crew were present. “We are very happy for the success of our telenovela, that is why we celebrate tonight,” said Natalia Oreiro: “We are having a lot of fun during filming, we have a great team. And it is amazing to see that people enjoy what we do!” On May 30th 2013 there was an article published by magazine Semanario talking about the huge success of the telenovela and it was stated that it is partly due to the musical scenes that are original and people enjoy them very much and want to see them more.
In June 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro is on the cover of magazine Elle, where she said: „Aurora is the most realistic character that I am portraying on the TV. It is interesting to portray a woman of my age who is a lover of a married man but at the same time she desires to have a family and children because she does feel that her biological clock is ticking.” On June 1st 2013 article about successful telenovela Solamente Vos was published by newspaper Perfil, where there were also featured exclusive photos from backstage. Adrián Suar said about the success: “I think a lot of people watch us because they feel like they are part of the story. We talk about relationships, divorce, chance to meet someone new and fall in love. Of course these themes appear also in other TV programs but we try to portray them as realistically as possible and in a way that they truly happen to people.” Director Rodolfo Antúnez said: “We are trying to film around 20 scenes a day, it is very exhausting but the result is worth it.”
On August 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro was featured on the cover of magazine Caras, where she also talked about the telenovela: “I am very happy for Solamente Vos. I have most scenes together with Adrián and we both feel that our characters are growing each day. We like to improvise and constantly surprise each other with something new and original. My character has lost a lot, but she still dreams of better future. She gives me a chances to combine drama and comedy.“ She also talked about the success of the telenovela: “I am grateful for the good rating we have because it means that we can continue in doing what we are doing and we don’t need to alter our story to be more likeable. Adrián is often wondering how come I do not ask about the rating, but I know we are doing great and I don’t need to know if our rating is one point higher or lower. I am more interested in my work, if the scene I filmed is good, which song I will sing next, because I am choosing my own songs for the musical scenes. I like that I have a free will in this role and I can bring my own ideas into the story.”

Together with Adrián Suarem actress Natalia Oreiro appeared on the cover of magazine Viva on August 18th 2013. Both of the leading stars of the telenovela talked about success of Solamente Vos: “I was supposed to film originally only four days a week, but now I film whenever I am needed, even on Saturday or Sunday, said Oreiro and she adds about her character’s change of clothing style: “At the beginning of the telenovela Aurora is very introvert, shy, and she dresses up very subtly, however then she decides to turn her life around and she changes her style and dresses up a bit more sexier.” Suar laughs: “I wanted her to change her style, there is nothing bad with showing a bit of skin!”
Actress Natalia Oreiro was featured on the cover of magazine Vanidades on September 6th 2013 where apart from other issues she talked about her telenovela: “Sometimes it is very tiring, because the rhythm of making a telenovela is completely different to filming a movie. What we film one day is the next one already on the TV. We cannot make any mistakes because time for any corrections is very short. But I like very much what we do and also that we have the musical scenes which makes our program different from other TV programs.”
Actress Natalia Oreiro said about development of telenovela’s story in an interview for magazine Paparazzi from October 4th 2013: “My character now suffers a lot. They told me I would be in a comedy telenovela and so far I am only crying,” she laughs and adds: “I asked Suar why am I crying the whole time now and he answered: Because you look pretty when you cry. Filming with Adrián is amazing, we improvise a lot and I think people like the chemistry that we created. People can relax and enjoy our program every day because our story is a story for everyone as there is always something that is a current issue and any family. It is an amazing year!”
In November 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro is featured on cover pages of magazines El Planeta Urbano and Miradas, for which she also gave interviews. “Filming of daily TV program is very intense. It cost me a lot of will to get into the rhythm because for six years I was not making any daily TV program. It involves many hours of preparation and filming and when I get home and my son Merlín falls asleep I still have to go and study the script. On November 1st 2013 celebration party of the success of Solamente Vos was taking place and all actors and crew were present there. On November 19th 2013 actors Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar gave an interview for TV program XTR: “Adrián never knows his words from the script, whenever he comes to set he asks me what is it that we are filming right now,” laughs Oreiro. “But luckily we can improvise a lot,” adds Suar.
On November 26th 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro won an award Premios Moda in category of the best dressed TV actress of the year 2013 (Actriz Mejor Vestida en TV). Oreiro won the award thanks to public voting in which she received total number of 43.300 votes, which was 59,34 percent of all votes in this category.
In an interview for newspaper Perfil from November 30th 2013 actress Natalia Oreiro said about upcoming conclusion of filming of the telenovela: “On December 20th we are finishing with filming Solamente Vos and the last episode will be most likely broadcasted on January 20th 2014, the upcoming episodes will be shorter though. Originally we were supposed to finish filming in September but because our program is successful I was asked by the production to extend filming till December. I said yes because with the extension I can give job not only to me, but to the whole working team standing behind the creation of the telenovela. Moreover, it was announced that Oreiro has long planned musical tour in December 2013 in Russia and Poland and thus she would be unable to film several episode of the telenovela. Her absence would be explained as her character leaving for Paris to compete in international competition of the hairdressers.

On December 2nd 2013 there was held in theater Colón ceremony of awards Tato 2013 for TV productions. Telenovela Solamente Vos was nominated in 15 different categories (the best telenovela, acting, music, costumes, casting, director, cinematography, editing, script and production). 6 of the nominations were turned into awards. The telenovela received award for best costumes, actors Muriel Santa Ana and Juan Minujín were awarded as the best actors in supporting roles, Adrián Suar and Natalia Oreiro were awarded as the best actors in leading roles and in the end the telenovela became the most successful TV program of the year. During her receiving speech for award Mejor Actriz de Comedia emotional Oreiro said: “I would like to dedicate this award to my mother who was an hairdresser and was my inspiration in creating this character.
On December 7th 2013 Natalia Oreiro flew from Argentina to start her Tour Hits 2013 in Russia and Poland and she returned to filming her telenovela scenes one week later, on Monday December 16th 2013, when she filmed a scene in which her character returns from Paris. The filming continued till Friday December 20th 2013 when it was successfully concluded. The same day in the evening a big celebration party was held where all actors and crew of Solamente Vos were present.
On Friday January 17th 2014 actress Natalia Oreiro, who was in Mar del Plata to promote brand Sedal, said about telenovela: “I will certainly not come back to work for TV now. I would like to make more movies. I am very happy for Solamente Vos, I enjoyed the filming, musical scenes, my colleagues. And I am thrilled that we managed to create exactly what we aimed for; nice story for the whole family.”

The last 223rd episode of telenovela Solamente Vos was broadcasted by TV channel Canal 13 on Monday January 20th 2014 with rating of 12.2 points, which made the program the most watched TV program of the day again. The telenovela was being broadcasted in Argentina exactly for one year, from January 21st 2013 till January 20th 2014. The overall average rating of the telenovela was 15.8 points and the telenovela thus became the most watch TV daily program of the year 2013.


3.2. Uruguay
Successful Argentinean telenovela Solamente Vos premiered on Uruguayan TV channel Teledoce on July 1st 2013 and was screened every working day at 9:15 pm. Leading actors of the telenovela Natalia Oreiro and Adrián Suar made a promotional video which was shown by the TV channel prior to the telenovela’s premiere.
